The companie GlobosLocos was founded by Marlou Koemans. Originaly from the Netherlands she has come tho the pyrenees to start a new life. At the moment she is living in the capital of Pallars Sobirá, Sort.

In the year 2001 she started with balloon-twisting, and after completing various courses and attending congresses she became a balloon-twisting professional. She is an expert in enlivening every party with taylormade balloon-hats for children and adults alike. She also knows how to weave balloons, to make any imaginable object out of balloons, small or big, on demand.

Apart from balloon-twisting, she is a licenced nurse with a specialization in childrens rehabilatacion. She likes outdoor sports in the mountains and on the river.
